The thing that sounds like the digerdoo is a bass recorder. It's a big honking thing! I saw them last fall. Gjallarhon kicks ass.

No, it actually IS a didg on this track/album (Sjofn), but I think the guy who played it has left, and the new guy plays recorders.  Their latest album, Rimfaxe, features recorders but no didg.
