Interesting vac pot - made in Italy?
What I don't understand is why the operator didn't fill the bottom vessel with the proper amount of water? Siphon coffee makers like this are designed to brew at least 10x more than what was shown.

this particular vac-pot is designed to make anywhere from 2 to 10 demi-tasse cups. It does not have to be used so that you are comepletely filling it each time offering the owner a great deal of flexibility in the amount of coffee they are making.
