Welcome home to you both. I was a grunt in the 196th LIB doing time on or in the shadows of FSB/Hills Linda, Maude, Rawhide and the like around Da Nang. Great slideshow, Class of 70.

P.S.
My Grandpa was in the 6th Marines at Belleau Wood, June 1918 - He killed two Germans, captured eight, and a machine gun, too. They got even though, when he got wounded by artillery in the counter attack.
"Semper Fi" to you for him!

Thanks Brother, and God bless you!
Had some acquaintances that joined us from the Big Red One in July and August of '70 at FSB Maryann, after they sent the division home. Good guys!
