as well, what is with just dumping a pile of sauce on the pasta. First of all the pasta is important and should not be overwelmed like a soup mixture. I think better that individual portions of sauce and pasta are brought together in a pan and tossed together. and I think the sauce is to compliment the pasta lightly.

hey lady you shouldnt be commenting on the anchovies, or anything really, that is if you "really" did bring a good chef on the show.
and actually I dont think you did because I think you need to nurture the flavours out of the ingredients, not simply slop them all together. if anyone is watching this for example, try a warming the onions in oil and then a little vinigar and fresh ground pepper amd and try roasting the garlic in some oil and wine before adding them to the rest.
