oh bless you Matt Jr, can you do me a favour? on saturday it will be little Chase's birthday, he hasn't been in heaven long, so wont have many friends there, go wish him happy birthday and celebrate the special day with him on his cloud, play games and eat cake. and remember that no matter where you are your mummy and daddy will aways be thinking of you and will never stop loving you. xxxx

im so sorry for your loss...i was up in the nicu and watched all the tiny babies go through so much..and wondered how many would make it home..
i tried to go to your site to donate..but it says its been deleted....
im hopeing that means you got his gravestone..
