The cling and press targets your upper chest as well as your lats and shoulders. You can actually use a barbell instead of a resistance band to add an incredible amount of resistance to this routine. Once you elevate to the highest point you will rotate your arms so that you get under the weight. Using the momentum of your cling...and then you will use your legs to finish off with a press.
