http://macmost.com/ Many users never change the iTunes Import Settings, but it is important that you check them out and make sure that iTunes is importing your CDs using a format that you like. The default AAC may not provide the versatility that you need.

  • @runescape2215 Are you trying to rip music from a CD? If not, where, exactly, did the music files come from?

  • @runescape2215 So you insert the CD into the drive and then use the button in iTunes to rip it. But you say you are getting an error message? What, exactly, does it say?

  • @macmostvideo when i upload my albums it makes a album for each song that has someone featuring in it what do i do????

  • @4LeafCloverSa You'll need to go in and edit the song infer for each song. You can select all the songs in one album and Command+I and change the album and album artist name for them all at once.

  • @tommag82 I'm not sure of the tech specs of the joint stereo that Apple uses. I also have never had to deal with FLAC files so I'm not sure what is the best way to handle them.

  • or should I convert them to MP3 and add them to my library. Which method do you think is best? Can you recomend a program?

    Thanks for the great video.

  • I have read that there are several types of Joint Stereo. It seems to be another compression tool. What type does Apple use ? It doesn't save much space so why use it? I also have some FLAC file I would like to convert. I have been using MediaMonkey to listen to them. The program can convert FLAC to WAV or MP3. I have converted some fiels to WAV burned them to a disc then converted them again to AAC320 then deleted the WAV files from my library. Is this a good way to get a CD quality sound?
