Love this! I wish my mom and dad, aunts and uncles were still alive to appreciate this! Guess I'll appreciate it all the more for them. I wasn't raised in Gallup, but was born there and spent nearly all of my summers there with my cousins...great times.

Great job on the song, John. Gallup was a unique experience in my own life, but I'm thankful for it. I met a lot of friends while there, left a few behind, and learned some valuable life-lessons. Thanks for bringing back some great memories.

Gallup is one of a kind and IMHO very much ahead of it's time in cultural diversity.
There is a lot to learn in Gallup, growing up there provides one with some very unique and useful tools for life no matter where you might go.
