is it just me who thinks that the judge should have defended her believing the plaintiff's statement by saying "she could look at me straight in the eye" which is a valid psychological reason since liars would rather look around trying to avoid the eye contact.

@luceean Nobody has to whip her ass though. I mean, just based on what I saw, Judge Judy taught her more in 15 minutes than anyone has her whole life. And she didn't even raise a finger to her. Believe me, nothing would make me happier than to see her get her ass kicked, but ultimately violence just encourages her to be a bully. Esp. if someone she respects or looks up to uses it against her as means of control.

I only watched this because it had the word bully in the title and know Judge Judy will wipe the floor with anyone she believes to be a genuine bully. The young defendants attitude stinks and her Aunt trying to defend it will only help turn her in to a worse person. Although it's not nice to see a child crying, I did like the fact that Judge Judy managed to finally get the defendant to break a bit. I think she has probably learnt more in her 30 mins with JJ than she has her entire life at home.
