  • has anyone ever noticed that in at least a couple tim burton movies, he always depicts neighbors as gossipers and completely closed minded people. I think the best example is in this film, and Edward Scissorhands. I really like how he does that because it shows us how the majority of people act

  • Because this was a Disney flic: townspeople realize their mistake, doggy is resurrected again, happily ever after

If this was Burton's work alone: Townspeople kill doggy even if the windmill didn't, kid brings dog back again and this time he makes it KILL PEOPLE.

  • He must like the name Victor

  • @kotsios555 Not surprising considering this is a short film created 6 years before Edward Scissorhands. Most, if not all authors, artists, and directors use past creations as inspiration for other works.

  • O MY GOD!!!! 0.0 the dad is Marv from Home Alone

  • I'd love a dog like that.. not saying the one I have now isn't cool.. :)

  • tim burton has no fantasy. same scenes as scissorhands. all the shit about dead, skeletons and cemeterys

  • @NeoLightElectro They didn't do this on purpose. The man probably just wanted get some light in/at the windmill but he slipped on the hill and accidentally lit it.

  • Haha, Wayne and the voice of older Kevin in the same film. xD

  • kids this days are smarter than adults like if you AGREE

  • who in their right mind lights a windmill on fire when they clearly know a child's in there?

  • If you're a fan of Tim Burton, you should definitely read Burton on Burton! It's so amazing :D It's pretty much my holy book now<3
