first thanks for your generosity for sharing knowledge, i actually do some pranyamas howeveri want to know if it is necessary to sit in yoga posture crossing legs on foot up the knee or can i practice it while sitting on a chair or a couch and strenght my back as in a regular posture , as i suffer from low back pain, and also it is dicouraging to not be able to do the posture, so will it remains efficient, thanks again

Hi its not necessary that you sit with crossed legs actually you can sit on a achair but do not lie on the couch, keep in mind the spine should be straight when do the
