All those women and girls could have been saved had the justice system not been corrupt he should have never been released how was he working as a counselor at an all girls camp? goes to show how well those background checks work! @SeanMBryans Quite right -- the pattern for psychopaths is that they are charming and personable. That is the lure for their victims. Not all psychopaths are serial killers b/c some of them get their rocks off some other way. But they all lack empathy with others and have no conscience.
