I'm gonna try this, using multigrain bread, and adding sprouts, diced raddishes, diced cuccumbers, cilantro and diced hot peppers to the mixture. And to top it, I'm gonna add thin slices of tomatoes (no butter). Good vid, though!!!

i like it better like this sardines from the can right on to the toasted toast and then the other piece of toast some peanut butter and then put it together you have a sandwich XD try it before you knock it it is actually really AWSOME
