Hey, come back! you fell off the face of the earth? are you still polyphasic?

Hi Aeia, I was wondering if you recommend any particular type of yoga ball. I'm considering buying one to help keep me up at night.

@aeia Aeia, I think she felt fine on Uberman, it's that she led a busy life with projects that interrupted naps (it may have been worked related or something) so she had to switch to Everyman. She's much older than us I think, which is probably an artifact of being a polyphasic sleeper for over a decade, and has probably settled for some type of regular employment schedule. -Your vlogs are inspirational by the way, and I love KPop too.

Thank's for the update... im currently on my 9th day of uberman, and i'm feeling great... i was wondering how exactly you know when you've completely adapted? do you feel even better?
...
All this is from her book 'Ubersleep' which is just excellent. I have a lot of respect for her, as I imagine any polyphasic sleeper would.
And, of course, I have the same respect for you! Thanks so much for posting these videos; I'll check out the rest now.
Congrats on getting Polyphasic!

I have found almost everything she said besides her fabulous tips are wrong. She claims someone can be uberman in 2 weeks. She claimed to be an uberman and then turned everyman, this means she wasnt content as an uberman, if you dont feel good as an uberman, you arent doing it right, and it's not her place to tell people what is an is not when it came from her ONE experience, without research into others, as she pretty much invented the popularity of it.

In essence, I have yet to find ONE person who adapted to Uberman in two weeks. There are EXCEPTIONS to every rule, so Im sure they are out there, but almost EVERYONE claims to take approx. one month before feeling normal on the schedule. She also claims all of these things like healing sleep disorders, etc, if you look in my past posts I talk about one in particular that I have not found to be the case. I am not saying my experience is definitive, but she possibly should update her book.

I also had not read the book until 3 weeks into my adaptation, and after week 4 I was done, so it wasnt incredibly helpful, but some of her tips are awesome, some seem common sense but I find a lot of people overlook even the most basic of tips, like standing, singing, music, etc. She also talks about having a reason and I couldnt agree more!!! This is the main reason people fall off the bandwagon.
