Not very thrilling gymnastics, but I had fun experimenting with Adobe After Effects.

I was going to put another clone in the middle swing, but there was too much overlap to mask easily and I don't have the rotoscope tool from CS5.

  • @TammyFlores1 Thanks. It's not too difficult to learn how, but it can be time consuming to actually do it.

  • how do you do those future frames?

  • @idunno456 I picked the particular frames I wanted, created new layers with those frames frozen, and masked out the background then varied the opacity how I wanted.

  • @RatedTUYS After Effects for the effects and a bit of editing in Premiere Pro.
