Can someone please confirm once and for all whether it is right or wrong to ice the bicep after a tear?

wata pussy, i woulda carrired on if i snapped my spine up

DAYUM! I can't believe how calm he was after it. Respect.
-
@alfredtink its because you bent your elbow ever so slightly which placed more tension on the biceps. Flexing the triceps would help. his elbow was bent here.
-
@alfredtink well I think your incorrectly using the "your only strong as your weakest asset part." When its double overhand its more grip strength, which is only your forearms. Your forearms will never be as strong as your quads/glutes/lower back. Basically your forearms will hold you back from gaining serious overall strength. The strongest powerlifters use mixed + wraps. He only got that tear btw because it was an axel bar.

and another thing is bicep tears like this. i was doing the other way when i hurt my bicep. now, double overhand works good for me.
-
why is that. wouldn't it be more impressive if someone did 800 pound double overhand instead of the other way. anyway, not starting an arguement or any name calling. love to here your side.

@alfredtink dumbest thing i ever heard
-
@TBW92 This...stupid, unnecessary and as we can see, dangerous
-
nah I ain't watching this
@46Imthebest never ice a torn bicep as it causes it to contract and retract up into your shoulder. This will make it harder to reattach. If you had a clue you would know this.

worst part is that the bar was so thick he had no way around it. his wrist would automatically supinate
