  • Have the owners of the property made steps to make the improvements that where suggested. Cause I think that would be great.

  • My parents live in Brooklyn NY, exact the same building that you showed in this video. I told them if I was in charge of the area I would do major renovation. They have playground for kids and tennis court area that no one ever uses, because it looks too depressing. I would install nice swimming pool for the summer time and for winter change it to ice skating rink. Plant more trees...
