its interesting how narrow minded and elitist some of these people sound on here commenting about genre of music they don't enjoy. If you don't like it, don't listen to it. Simple as that. "Real music" is all music. I listen to "screamo" music but i still appreciate all music as music. I don't like it but its still music and I respect other peoples right to listen to what they want without being criticized.
PS... commenting on this criticizing screamo music would be detrimental to your point

@ShingleStapler well the lyrics are not UNNECCESSARY you just have to listen to the good shit theres trash and treasure in every genre and the trash is usually the shit that gets played on the radio
