@fabianfruehstueck umm actually I didn't know dogs were required to be muzzled. So I am pretty sure there are plenty of people who don't know as well.

Girl i'm so sorry this happened to you! In america they may SAY we have rights but we only really have rights if the police or judicial system CHooses to aknowlege them. where i live. they dont. I wonder all the time what can be done... :(
