Robert Scoble Readies Live from Las Vegas on Mogulus

Live video streaming, within the reach of publishers large and small, will become more widespread in 2008 thanks to services that are inexpensive and work with a simple camera and Internet connection. Justin.TV, Veodia, uStream, and others have established the viability of live streaming.

Pioneering video blogger Robert Scoble will use Mogulus to stream live video from CES in Las Vegas. He starts on Saturday, on route from the Bay Area in a bus full of bloggers. Robert told me that that the streaming from the bus will start at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Saturday. We can expect 2-4 hours of live streaming per day, he says. Here is the the link to Robert's live show.

Using Mogulus to stream also creates files to be edited at a later date. This live video cast on the ScobleShow is the closing efforts for Robert at PodTech, which he leaves in two weeks.
