I'm sure there might be other build methods, but I've came up with this incase of bosses and hope for that "critical" hit... Feel free to leave a comment.. =]

Personally i prefer Nahpui for feather farming too, but this area is popular for it for a reason ^^
When i do Tengu i'm generally doing it as an Elite Tome farm with added bonus of some feathers thrown in. So i concentrate mostly on killing the 2 bosses at the top, quickly clear out the big mobs of tengu, rinse

In my experience, i find that you can either SS (Spirit Spam) or 600/Smite Naphui Quarter [Mission] and get ton more feathers (in hard mode). I've tried this area more then a hand full of times, on different servers(Like Asian, Europe) and different times of the day, Still cant compair to Naphui. But good video, 5 stars.

It would be all of the Tengu who drops them. You can also salvage your feathered scalps for 2-5 feathers..
