"This Year's Love" originally written and performed by David Gray

I feel in love with this song after I saw "The Girl Next Door" with Elisha Cuthbert and Emile Hirsch. Seriously. I've wanted to cover the song since but I was planning on turning it into a song on guitar. But after a few minutes of tinkering with it, I thought that I should just preserve the sound of the song and keep it on piano. Plus, I thought it was an appropriate song for the beginning of 2010.

I'm not sure if I'll start playing piano at my live shows... I'll definitely need to write some songs on it before I do but we'll see. It's one of my New Years resolutions to play more piano anyway.

Apologies for the quality of the sound and picture of this video. Like I said, I was just messing around one afternoon and I thought, "well let's try this out and see what happens".
