  • 一三的差別是手臂的開合度,確實練到的地方會不一樣

    除了胸之外,背肌、三頭、三角等等鍊道的程度也不一樣

  • 第一组勉强能过关,第二组好不容易做到一般就没力气了,第三组。­。。。无语。。。(而且没看懂第三个动作要怎么做,感觉上跟第一­个动作一致

  • 太费力了吧。。。。

  • 之前一口氣可以做80下,

    現在頭二十下就扒了 -_-

    這算起來一共差不多200下耶 -_-

  • 这是LEVEL 2 的叻~

  • 1次過做百幾下, 點做呀!!!

  • 感觉自己太胖了,这个数量做不下来。
