@hush065 NO ! you have to choose between the Mass-gain programme or the Defining one ! if you have big muscles but without nice formes so Definding routine is for you ! if you have little muscles so Mass-gain programme is yours ! But ! the most important thing is The Diet, you have to eat every 3 hours a good meal
if you are Skiny : you can eat whatever you want but focus on nice things such as Protein, Vitamine,calories
if you are Fat : More protein and less fat like Lipid and so one...
