It looks like Kern county CHP
-
That's not a Kern County Sheriff.

Yeah? Can you outrun the Motorola? Didn't think so.

You got that right, "Djrockz415" the Crown Vics are useless unless your'e herding turtles. :)

I could be a CHP SMPV (Specially marked patrol vehicle) used for commercial enforcement. SMPV's have the side markings but no rear markings. The location is I-5 N/B south of Manning Ave (midway between Hwy 198 and Hwy 152) in Fresno County.

If it was a CHP vehicle....even the white ones have California Highway Patrol...in reflective gold posted on the rear of them. That must of been a Kern County Sheriff because there was no markings on the back....county's always have different markings on their squad cars. Oh yeah, by the way...yes, your picking up a signal, so shut the friggin thing up!

Looks like CHP commercial enforcement unit, they use white Crown Vic's as well as the last generation Camaro Z28.

haha some local cop hit the yelp or buzzard siren at me because i was pacing him side by side doing 85..i looked at him and downshifted...POS crown vics, only fast thing they have are their radios
Can anybody elaborate in the legality of radar detectors in CA? I don't seem to get a straight story from anyone or from the web.
