@digitlc I think it's that when people shop online we are under the impression that it is supposed to be easy. If I find a site to not have that ease of use am looking for I am sure to leave that site and find another that will.

Just use Ghostery's Firefox Extension to block stuff.

I don't really like this one...it makes me feel like the pawn of some evil corporation schemes. It also contradicts Steve Krug's ideology that customers are plenty patient enough not to click away (the "I've been standing at the bus stop for 10 minutes I may as well stay some more" phenomenon he described).
