I'm a 20 year old lesbian and have been with my Gf for 5 years. I'm a Disney kid, I grew up with Disney and so will my kids. I'm so proud of Disney. It really does get better.

I really wish they wouldn't just focus on gays being bullied. Everyone gets bullied, not just them.

The Trevor Project is specifically meant for preventing suicide amongst LGBTQ youths. There are lots of other anti-bullying projects, but that's not the focus of this organization.

Well, that is what the "It gets better" project is about. There are other programs and places to go about bullying of all kinds.

Fantastic video and to those saying Gay Disney characters can't be given to an audience of children - you're wrong. If only we accepted things like children, if only the parents re-enforced positive statements about gay people, kids would see nothing wrong - as many kids do now. Most kids see nothing wrong with someone who has 2 dads or 2 mums, it's what their taught!!

Just like teaching them not to touch the fire, they will fear it. Teach them ice cream is great and it is! Simple!!!

Very true, but I worked in law enforcement for many years. Bullying, assaults and unprovoked attacks on gay people often resulted in a higher frequency and more serious results.

But bullying is bullying, something I have encountered myself when I was younger. Now at the age of 42, I don't take that crap any more and respond quickly and promptly to bullying of me, or any of my friends.

You religious nuts crack me up, if you believe in God is the creator of ALL Mankind. Then who created us gays!? It's proven to be a genetic thing, not a learnt thing - so, why would God create us wicked gays if he didn't want us!?

I'd say you're exaggerating, me I come from a lovely church here in Sweden and oh do we love to watch Disney and Pixar movies. They've never hurt us, in fact when have these movies ever hurt anyone? At the end of the day, it's just a movie and we are who we were 2h earlier. We still show love, care, etc. We're still dedicated to God, we still read our Bible, no evil affecting us. It's just a really good movie to bring out laughter and happiness with, with friends. How's that evil or bad, huh? :)
