  • omg, more ppl need to listen to this. soo chilled out

  • @Mannex17 Chill with that man, he's not ripping off BOC. Tycho & BOC are in two different realms, I have to admit the similarity in their styles but they both approach their music differently. Tycho goes for a more organic, vintage sort of natural feel with his music, it's more downtempo, relaxing and makes you think. BOC is sort of uptempo and darker than Tycho's stuff, they go more for ambiance. Nonetheless they're both amazing, but Tycho is influenced by BOC, not ripping them off.

  • hey guess what? tycho and Boc are both unique artists in their own right and no one gives a shit about your opinion. stfu and listen

  • probably, at any rate on one man ownes a style of ,uziiq. chx ur history. boc is medorice at best. one of hte lesser tags on warp/rephlex. tycho has stumbled upon a style that we can all relax to,,,,,and appericate. but anyhow to each his own and own opinion :)

  • did I just stumble upon a youtube argument that's been going on FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR?!

  • @MisterBankz Nor have I.

  • @YogritMUN They have a similar aesthetic but the music itself sounds nothing alike. I've never listened to Tycho and confused it with BOC.

  • @MisterBankz You didn't explain any real differences between the two. I think BOC goes for just what you described Tycho as; organic, vintage, nostalgic. Tycho borrowed from that signature BOC style and created something a little different and fresh with it.

In my eyes, Tycho is the healthy child of ol' Boards of Canda. Tycho may take a lot of influence from BOC, but it's damn good influence. Glad to see BOC's old spirit has traveled to a young and active band.

  • @anahata58---influence invade, can you talk about this more or maybe definite for me.thanks.

  • @anahata58 it's called influence invade you've never heard the term...

  • @MisterBankz i dunno. you can go on about the music not being a rip off but the design and feel of that tshirt is kinda ripoffy.
