ON THE SLASTIX BANDS THERE ARE DIFFERENT RESISTANCE LEVELS.WHAT IS YOUR RECOMMENDED RESISTANCE? MEDIUM, HEAVY,SUPER HEAVY?

@herbdalyjr I don't recommend the Slastix bands. I've used countless brands of resistance bands ranging from Elite Cords, Ripcords, Bodylastics, TKO, Sissel, GoFit, and many others, and the Slastix have been by far the worst bands I've ever used. The material covering the bands makes them very awkward to stretch out and I much prefer bare tubing over the covered Slastix tubing.

how should you stand while you do this with a bech press weight?

You should stand the same way regardless of whether you're doing the exercise with a resistance band or a barbell (or dumbbells). Feet shoulder width apart. Good arch in your lower back. Chest proud. Shoulder blades in.
