@nikole2511 not necessarily, a finch may puff up simply to express himself, or yes... it could be cold. Oddly our finches stays puffed at 80F. We could tell when they are cold is when a crowd wedges themselves in a small corner on top of a hanging nest or on the bottom of the cage.

i hate when mine is so quiet he doesn't even let me take him out his cage he does that to he pecks at his tail but i still love him but he don't sonud like that 1:54
