From reading alot of reviews, most got good results combined with other exercise and good eating. They also say you need a waterbased lubricant...Yes Ky or similar. (not just for naughty times) That could be why it's bothering you. Try it again with the lubricant...(that's really what their "gel" is. they just call it that and charge more) and you're not fat. You can just tone up

:) hehe it hurts cs its workin your muscles... Usually when u do regular setups or crunches u stop if it hurts n this machine just has no pitty.. :)
