Wow what a privilege to be able to come into the gym with you and watch you working out! I love to see a woman lifting heavy. Most seem to be afraid of the weights - which is a shame in my (humble) opinion. All my workouts are at the gym but I mix spinning, studio circuits, pilates classes in there. But like you I do like to "throw" some heavy weights around once or twice a week. It feels great. Good to be alive isn't it?! Best wishes.

Jeezo! I didn't realise that you were so strong. That deadlift weight looks pretty heavy.

Hey, thanks. I lift heavy about once a week to supplement my kettlebell and bodyweight workouts. That last deadlift was personal best today - 90kg (198lbs) yay! ;)
