http://www.myomytv.com is all about variety and show-casing what I do to stay in shape. Today I take you to the gym with me for my heavy legs session and other exercises I can't do at home.

  • Hey, thanks. I lift heavy about once a week to supplement my kettlebell and bodyweight workouts. That last deadlift was personal best today - 90kg (198lbs) yay! ;)

  • Wow what a privilege to be able to come into the gym with you and watch you working out! I love to see a woman lifting heavy. Most seem to be afraid of the weights - which is a shame in my (humble) opinion. All my workouts are at the gym but I mix spinning, studio circuits, pilates classes in there. But like you I do like to "throw" some heavy weights around once or twice a week. It feels great. Good to be alive isn't it?! Best wishes.
