  • Dante is lying. If you look closely you can see that he almost tore the sleeves to his shirt there. I'm pretty sure he added 2 whole inches to his arm. I'm also pretty sure he added some size to his calves because this exercise is so good.

  • doing Kickbacks with a pinky twist is the only way to get huooge triceps
