@tomjaykens Normal people drink responsibly to feel good--Alcohilics drink to cover up, deny, and deal with issues that normal people resolve without drinking. I don't need to go to go back to school--I have a doctorate in life experience on this one. I wish Jan all the best and really hope he can keep clean.

Why do you get drunk? "I like it" --textbook alcohic response---despite all the pain, misery, loss of family, career and health--it feels good. As a recovering alcoholic I'm laughing with Jan, not at him---wish I could talk to him about my story--there is good life after alcohol

@AirwolfArchive I ran into them about a month and a half ago
at a local restaurant. I think they were going to California soon for
some Airwolf reunion thing, not too sure. He seemed to be in good health
and very clear minded. I wish them the best.
