@FlyinZX10R you are right! i play cricket and i like to lay down on a cricket ball before practise and roll around on my shoulders. It does look very stupid and perhaps funny but man it works like hell!
-
putting a tennis ball on the ground or wall and then rolling your back over it works too.
-
I wish I had one of these at home. I never have enough time to use it at the gym, and sometimes when I do, they're all in use! Awesome little things!
-
why did you all look this up if your just going to make fun? this is a useful exercise tool, and if you got off your fat ass and actually did exercise you might "GET IT"
-
@optimumperformance That's a typical gay mans response , I think faggot would be more necessary .
-
@NaturallyBeautifulQ ouch,that's gotta sting.
The fat comment,not the foam thing.
-
Could you please tell me if its goed to use the roller every day and for how long ? thank you

Thanks - wasn't sure how to go about rolling out the calves - this helps.
How tough/stiff is that foam roll? I've seen another trainer using a PVC pipe to roll out on....

Wouldn't it be easy to lay in different positions and get someone to run a rolling pin over the various muscle groups? You could always place a towel over the muscles to be treated with the rolling pin??
