It took me a long long time to find it but I've done it as it was bugging me too. The track is called Hang on Little Tomato by Pink Martini. Great band who were over in the UK on a very rare tour recently, which annoyingly I missed.

Yes, there are definitely 5 on stage in this 'behind the scenes'. Either he was in part of a scene that was cut from the finished ad (with a reshoot on the last scene), or he was the creator of the ad in a photo shoot.
