The movie is "Zero hour" and is the movie Airplane is based on. I don't think you have to worry about copyright violations as Abhrams, Zucker and Zucker purchased the rights to Zero hour BEFORE they spoofed it. I am guessing they would not come after anyone for copyright. . .
