KLM at number 1?
Now I dissagree, I've been on their 747s from AMS to Hong Kong in economy and it was terrible! The seat was tight, no IFE, the overhead screen was GREEN and faulty, there was awful shaking, crew only came out to throw you a snack or meal, I hated It!

have you ever heard of emirates... That is the no. 1 airline not KLM... I've traveled KLM and they are terrible with their flights such inexperienced pilots
