mate you're an idiot, if you receive money that you are not entitled to you have to pay it back, the only thing that can be waved is a penalty fee in some cases with admin errors. you are giving people the wrong information. seriously have too much time on your hands clearly on the pension.

Some Centrelink staff do not know about the 6 week rule - I have made a copy available which has been used to stop this Centrelink fraud by individuals. Uroboros, are you one of the Centrelink staff who has been engaged in this fraud or are you a person or right wing political beliefs who hates welfare payments? The reality about welfare payments is very simple. Paragraph 51 (xxiiia) of the constitution makes these payments a constitutional right for Aussie Battlers.

SPREAD THE GOOD NEWS - Please, pass on the 6 week rule details. Centrelink is trying to recover $3 BILLION that it may not be entitled too!!! Welfare recipients have been conned into paying but those who quote the 6 week rule are often exempted, bregrudgingly, by Centrelink from repaying money that they did not have to repay in the 1st place.
