Two LADS in a fountain - Trafalgar Sq London

Two boys push one another into fountain, climb fountain, sit on fountain, & then begin to strip. Crowds gather police come,(ON BICYCLE!), one boy falls from fountain, he's ok - gets out of water and gets picked up by policemen. (see also Video 1 from same user for closer shots of these two guys)

I guess I can understand having a law against swimming in the fountain, but frankly, had I been there, I would've stripped down and joined them, I think. looked like a lot of fun, really. hope they didn't get in too much trouble.

@HarleyAtl That is very brave of you since they might have been arrested AND it would have been quite cold. It might be that these two lads had had too much to drink and were celebrating and therefore they didnt notice the cold.

I am not sure that they were impartial to it. It made them strip off and climb up the fountain. I am not sure they would have done this had they been impartial to beer.

It was quite an interesting thing to happen to see two people climb onto the fountain. And then to fall down. Hmmm

the diving into shallow watwer is a no brainer- but as for the rest brilliant

pigeon feeding has been outlawed! It is no longer possible to feed them in Trafalgar square without being cautioned by the rozzers. The law was changed to stop the pigeon population soaring, you can still feed other birds, but there were so many pigeons defecating and spreading lung infections over the city that something had to be done to curb pigeon population growth.

That's quite a big change from watching street performers and feeding pigeons!
