@lonegunman101 These programs are run world wide now although the names are all different. The programes is run through bases and on and off world complexes via space command. There are of caurse off shoots from super soldiers which are lay men and women trained in all manner of areas. The world wide operation of this comes under a world alliance. This is where you have a good supply of MILABS around the world. The main organisations behind this remains hidden but is UN funded then.
