Unedited version: 15 minutes Combining the written, oral, and mystical traditions in Judaism, Reb Machlis explores what we all can expect when a world of Unity replaces divisiveness. This will be complete in the 3rd Temple in Jerusalem.
Do you believe that YHWH will allow the world to come together in unity regardless of whether or not men yield to Him? Do you remember what He did to Babylon? Do you remember what happened to Israel when His people abandoned His covenants in favor of unity with the cultures and religions surrounding them?
Pardon my ignorance, but in this weeks Torah portion (T'RUMAH) it does ask for these items to be offered: Ex. 25:3-7 blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goat's hair, ram's skin, ect. But it does not describe the "set-apart" garments of the High Priest until Ex. 28. In Ex. 28:5-6 & 39 it does not say anything about mixing linen with any other materials and thus does not break the Torah of Lev. 19:19. Unless you are suggesting that the blue, purple, scarlet are of another material?
Is it not only the Kohain Gadol who wears Shaatnez?
His service in the temple makes rectification for the conflict of Kain and Hevel. So much so, that he is even liable to death if he does NOT wear the shaatnez robe while serving.
You and I would still be forbidden to wear shaatnez in the Temple.
Every action of service in the Temple was part of Tikkun Olam.

The Kohain Gadol was the peacemaker of Israel.
"Who loves peace and pursues peace."
Is it not only the Kohain Gadol who wears Shaatnez?
