me and my friends did a trip to Montreal for fun and I ended up towing my friend and his trailer down the side of the road with a chain (i was in my 1500 he was in a F150)

@roflzzzz1237 That test would have been impossible at the time this vehicle was made. This was a test of the 2 at the time. Simply put, the Dodge beat Ford then, do the same test now. Even if Ford won this time around, I would still take the dodge, more room, more comfort, better sound, and much more reliable... do not believe me, look at the stat's.

I have got a Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI. I just want to know how well it will pull a camper in the mountains. I just bought a Jaco Jay Flight 6700 pound dry weight. I plan to go up Black Mountain with it in July.

I have driven a couple variants of the ford, and the hemi. Honestly, the dodge just pulls better acceleration wise.

sure.. what engine was the f150 using?the 5.4 is old retry this test with the 6,2 or ecoboost then tell me that the f150 doesn't pull as good.
