@starsoldier1 I was in grade three when it came out, so I didn't exactly have high standards at the time. If it had planes and things went explodey, I liked it.

Even the ground looks like actually shit.

@123doomdoom Sometimes a bunch of white dots appear and you can try and shoot at those... that's about it.

The "not a glitch" color that happens when you're "about to hit the ground" is actually redout from increased blood flow to the head due to negative G's (you're doing -3.0g when you do it). This definitely wasn't as good as Falcon 3.0 for PC, but I loved it nonetheless.

@AreciboNadare Yeah, I kinda figured that it was trying to simulate getting close to the ground but it happens so suddenly that it doesn't look very realistic especially with it's poor 3D. Really, you liked this TG version?

im very sure I played Falcon 2.0 or something on the Atari ST around this time.. set up screen looks familiar.. sadly though, never actually got off the ground (haha) and with the hundreds of pirate menus we had... didn't stay in the ST too long :) blast from the past none the less

That's why I love After Burner, no stupid menus.
