Global warming? seems the opposite. You have a great narators voice by the way.

they say this whole global warming thing will throw weather systems into totally un-expected loops. One year of course does not a pattern make, but its been a long and hard enough winter for us.
thanks for the comment on the narrators voice, know any good radio stations.
