Gina Giovangelo arrives for arraignment at Barnstable District Court on May 21, 2010 to face charges including motor vehicle homicide in connection with the death of a woman crossing a Hyannis street in a wheelchair. The girl has failed her first 19 years on earth. She does not deserve to "die in jail" however. The justice system is lenient on people her age for a reason...Second chances...Few take advantage however...Redemption might include getting out of jail and counseling at risk teens on the dangers of becoming her by 19. More likely is that people DO NOT change. If I were a betting man I would say 6 months to 1 year before she is back with her "friends" being a typical unproductive Cape Cod waste.
