  • Hey that small island in the background I got a bite from drop shotting 2 berkley 3" trout worms something ate half of the worm it was late fall or early winter and it felt exactly like what you said about the curiosity bite

  • @h3llom4te There are sacremento hitch in that water, they feed on minnows and other insects and prey. Thats most likely where the bites came from, not from bass.

  • hey great tips but for me i live in seattle and like its so cold here in fall right now its going tobe about 40 to 50 degrees wat structure u think i should go to like????????? and i am fishing the morning tomrrow so yeah

  • Depends, is that air temp or water temp, fact is this pattern depends on the turnover. Has it happened or not, if its happened all bets are off for this pattern. If the turnover has happened start fishing winter patterns and hope for the best.

  • oh okaay thanks so wat kind of lures do u recomend in the winter and yes this usualally happens every fall!!I caught one bass today on a shallow x rap baby!!!!haha smallie by the rocks so yah tips????

  • If you caught them today shallow keep doing it. Once the water turns over its on to winter fishing. Jigs and worms for a while until the spring influence.

  • thanks for this video man!!! i bike to a pond 3 miles from my house that has nothing but grass. i always wanted to catch a bass in the fall and all i catch at this pond in fall is pickerel. this pond has a 10 to 20 foot dropoff were the 3 foot range has grass, and there is a secondary grass line, and i do have the nesscsary lures and never used them in fall. im going to try them this time!!! thanks for this vid!

  • Yah ive been fishing for 3 years going on 4 starting in january .Ive got two co-angler of the year titles and this year i think im in 7th i fished half as a co-angler and the other half in my boat.

  • If there are submerged weeds out further then the visible surface weeds yes. If your fishing from shore try a spook out in the open water, its late in the season for a suface lure but sometimes they love it.

  • I fish a small pond that's full of weeds. Would this work for me in that pond also? If not what do you recommend, because once fall sets in i can't seem to catch anything it's like the bass ain't there anymore.
