Kristoffer Lislegaard - Live Ambient @ Nmh ved Brusautomatene 30/3-2011

This is an excerpt from a two hour performance at Norwegian Academy of Music. Everyone in my live electronics class were standing all over the school, playing ambient music. I was standing next to the soda machines, and even had a contact mic on one of them.

The whole session was improvised. I used two mices, one baritone guitar, my monome, launchpad and faderfox controller. I put the Genelec speakers on top of the soda machines and hidden behind a wall thing. This made the whole space behind the machines a great resonance chamber.

the end of the excerpt reminds me of some track from Northaunt, don't know if you know them.

all the great ambient stuff seems to come from Norway.
