@supermanvalle if you think parkour and freerunning is a waste of time, then your wrong... When you parkour and freerun your body condition gets better because yu get pumped... At least your body looks good and you could pull off amazing tricks... If you tried it for 3 years and didnt learn anything, then your life is a waste of time, you just played the game and wasted your time rather then actually doing it...
