So when i rebuilt my clutch which i have the same clutch pretty much being that its off of a 98 Ski Doo Summit 670X, when i went to align the timing marks from the arrow on the governor cap to the seperate half that attaches to the crank, i couldn't get the arrow and the notch to mate exactly perfectly across from each other. It will only mate one tooth off to the right or the left.....the question i have is....is this normal? Thanks!

Hey, i got a quick question. What does changing the springs out do to the performace of it?

It depends on what you want to do, what do you want to achieve in the calibration - then can decide what spring to change to.
Like say the primary spring is a 280/420 and can go to a 260/420 if you want to lower the engagement by 200 rpms.
